DOCTOR'S MESSAGE

In recent years, veterinary medicine has continued to make great strides in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of an ever broadening range of illness and disease. Our pets are enjoying significantly longer and higher quality lives, largely due to our increased ability to recognize and successfully treat these illnesses. The key to early diagnosis is the annual comprehensive examination. During this complete exam, the doctor will note normal and abnormal findings and recommend indicated tests and treatment. This examination together with protection against contagious diseases is the cornerstone of successful veterinary wellness care.

Our doctors are committed to providing your pet with the most up to date wellness care, diagnostics and treatment plans. It is our goal to provide your pet with the care he or she needs to be healthy and to share with you the joy that a healthy pet can provide

APPOINTMENT HOURS

To allow adequate time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, office hours are by appointment. Every effort is made to see each client at the scheduled time. If you encounter a problem and cannot keep your appointment, please call us to reschedule. For the safety of clients and pets, we require all dogs to be on a leash and all cats and other pets to be in an appropriate carrier before entering the hospital premises.

EMERGENCY

If your pet needs emergency care during regular office hours please call any of our hospitals, and depending on where your reside, you will be offered to see one of our doctors or will be given directions to the closest emergency facility to you. The Seaville and Egg Harbor Township hospitals are open from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week and many holidays.

Our patients have access to Shore Veterinarians Doctors day and night, all but two evenings a week. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our hospital number for instructions. 24 hour emergency care is available either at one of our hospitals or by referral to an emergency facility.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks with a valid drivers license, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer Care Credit, a credit card program for qualified individuals especially designed for veterinary services. This program allows you to spread payments on large or an unexpected veterinary expense and can be approved by telephone in a few minutes.

We make every effort to keep our fees fair and reasonable, and consistent with the level of care provided to each patient. You are encouraged to ask the doctor or anyone on our staff about the charges before any services are performed. A written fee estimate will be provided at the time a pet is admitted into the hospital, a deposit being required at this time with the balance due upon release from the hospital.
